The most horrendous coffee shop experience I have ever had. The wait time was so long and they were very under staffed, no communication whatsoever!! Allowed to order oatmeal to then go and pick food up (after another lengthy wait) to no told no oatmeal available. Was offered chicken noodles instead (this was for breakfast I might add)!!! Also think you really need to check there language skills before hiring. Coffee really is below par as well, as a visitor to Canada I really am not understanding the hype for Timmys

Great friendly staff!

I walked into this place at 6pm, sat down while my husband got in line to order two coffees. There were about three people in front of him in line. 10 seconds later a staff member tells us (and everyone else, including people already sitting down drinking their coffee) to leave because they are closed. Very rude. Close your doors, finish serving the customers in line, and then close!

Small and not in good place

Location A+ however if busy your lineup for service can reach 20-30+ people.

Typical Tim, usual service

The servers are friendly and their coffee gettin game is on point. Come in the morning to watch the baker glaze all the donuts and dip each one by hand without gloves.

The beautiful young lady at the counter was very sweet and professional. Though I felt the line was moving a little slowly for a downtown location.

my favorite coffeeshop but I hope they make more solutions about the large numbers of waiting customers to order and pay

ThereΓ’β¬β’s usually a line during rush hour but the donuts are worth the wait. The sausage egg and cheese are better than McDonaldΓ’β¬β’s.

The service here was okay. The associate behind the counter did try and correct any mistakes made by the staff (there were a few but nothing major to gripe about). The coffee was pretty good and the desserts were also on par with other coffee places. Not as sweet, but just as good.

terrible experience! dear TH management do you even check your worker's English understanding skills before hiring? It's been so many times they've messed up my orders! For example I've asked hot chocolate with whipped cream and instead they are just adding double cream to my drink! I had to repeat my order 4(!!!!!)

Canada's first anniversary of the 150th anniversary of the National Day (7.3) Our family came here, feeling very clean here, the staff of the hall busy cleaning, although many tourists, but the management is very good, Tim hortons staff attitude is very good!

Each time I order something here, I regret it. the lowest quality ever.

Just like any other tim hortons. Staff are friendly enough, gets a bit busy in the mornings with construction workers but orders get served at a reasonable pace.

Teach your staff to be more customer friendly. Everytime I come here @ around 3-6pm to get a coffee, the lady and the smaller-ish guy is obnoxious like hey this is your job. I noticed that they seem and sound irritated, not just to me but to other customers, who sometimes are pre-occupied by something and sometimes speaks loud...

Loved my coffee and the view!

Worst Tim hortons ever. Long wait, got order wrong, inattentive to customers.

Tim Hortons need no introduction I believe. ItΓ’β¬β’s a famous Canadian chain for Coffee and Breakfast items. I tried their Hot Chocolate, Veggie Sandwich and Holiday Special Reindeer Donut from this outlet. The hot chocolate was good and loved the holiday special container. The sandwich had cheese and tomato. The taste was average. The donut was pathetic. It felt it was very dry and didnΓ’β¬β’t taste good at all. So, overall had a very average experience.

Was not open on time. Despite having "now open" sign outside. Staff were very rude.

I had occasion to visit the Timmy's at Rees and Queens Quay on Sunday to order a sandwich. After ordering, I joined 5 or so others to wait for my order. I noticed 2 things; the lady preparing the orders was very slow and hesitating as though at the bottom of the learning curve, and what looked like a person in authority standing and socializing with other staff while it was taking 15+ min. to prepare each order...... Finally after watching this and hearing from other customers ahead of me for half an hour, I found the person who had taken my order, and loudly asked for a refund, and pointed out why.... It was if the authority figure had been given a shot of adrenalin, he jumped right in, and started preparing orders... But wait THERE'S MORE, a complaint form filled out Sunday night and a'phone message left Tues. morning have not had the courtesy of a reply.

Oh boy, this has got to be one of the slowest Tim Hortons. I come here sometimes around noon on the weekends and the wait is usually between 15-25 min for a cup of coffee.

This tims is great. There is rarely a lineup which is great for a quick caffeine hit.

Tim Hortons is Tim Hortons. How can it be special? Well, the nice and clean seating and proximity to the waterfront makes this a more enjoyable franchise instance than most. If you need a quick bite or drink at the waterfront, come here.
